Examines plans and contracts for any changes in the Parish properties. Approves the Parish budget. Implements guidelines and directives of the Archbishop.

Funds available to the Board are directed to meet the needs of St. Thomas Aquinas School and St. Thomas Aquinas Religious Education program. Two representatives are elected to the Board in Parish elections held in May.
