Governing body operating educational programs at St. Thomas Aquinas. Coordinates Parish educational programs and activities. Builds understanding and support for Catholic Education. Develops education budget in collaboration with Parish Council. Adopts and oversees annual budget. Retains personnel according to policies of Archdiocesan and Parish Boards. Consults with and supports administrator.
